WHAT ARE THE PRE-CARE INSTRUCTIONS?
Discontinue use of exfoliants, lash/brow growth serums, and any other strong skin care products/chemicals on the forehead and brow area ASAP after booking your appointment.
Resist the urge to wax, tweeze, or thread your brows before your appointment. It is ideal you come with as much hair as possible so all possibilities may be explored. Any necessary grooming will be done at your appointment.
Avoid taking fish oil supplements and vitamin E the week of your appointment.
Avoid alcohol, caffeine, ibuprofen, and aspirin 24 hour prior to your appointment.
Arrive to your appointment with a clean fresh face. No makeup especially in the area to be treated.
It is helpful to bring a photo of yourself with your daily brow makeup on to give an idea of the shape and color you are already used to and comfortable with as well as any inspirational photos that you feel may convey your goals.
Stop using any lash growth serums minimum 60 days before your appointment
Lash Extensions must be removed minimum of 72 hours before your appointment
If you wear contacts you will need to wear glasses to and from your appointment and for 10 days after
No eye makeup for 10 days after your appointment

POST CARE
WHAT ARE THE AFTER-CARE INSTRUCTIONS?
For the first few days check on your brows throughout the day to be sure they are clean & dry. If needed, gently wipe away any fluid that has built up in the brow area.
Avoid water, steam, sweat, and sun on your brows for 10 days. If brows feel tight and dry you may apply a small about of provided aftercare.
Avoid excess water in the brow area when showering. Limit showers to 5 minutes. No baths.
Avoid sleeping on your stomach or side.
When washing your face, go AROUND the brows and clean your brows separately and very gently with damp cotton rounds.
Do not wear any makeup in the brow area for at least 10 days.
Avoid sun exposure until treated area is healed.
Do not scratch, rub, or pick the treated area. Let any flakes exfoliate off naturally on their own. Do not tan in a tanning bed EVER.
After your brows are healed, use a DAILY moisturizer with SPF to protect color.
No retin-A/retinols on forehead EVER! Avoid any strong skincare products/chemicals in the brow area to protect the integrity of your cosmetic tattoo.
Wash your hands before touching your brows.

CANCELLATIONS
72 notice of cancellation is required. You must agree to this when you book your appointment. If you fail to give 72 hour notice of cancellation you will be charged a cancellation fee.
EXTRA GUESTS
Please refrain from bringing additional guests to accompany you to your appointment. It is important the appointment is focused on you without distractions. For special circumstances please reach out via email.
CHILDREN
For safely and liability concerns no children are allowed in the studio.
ARRIVING LATE
If you are more than ten minutes late to your appointment you will need to reschedule and you will be charged a cancellation fee.
